Filters of integrated air purifier
1.First layer filter: stainless steel mesh filter (aluminum filter optional).
This is the first layer of fume purifier system. Corrosion resistant and fire-resistant design. It can filter most large particles of oil fume and it is easy to install and disassemble and easy to clean.
2.Second layer filter: Centrifugal filter
This is our patented design product, with multi blade design with oil guide groove, it efficiently intercepts and filters oil fume particles under the centrifugal force.
3.Third layer filter: stainless steel filer(aluminum filter optional)
4.Forth layer filter: electrostatic precipitator (ESP filter)
Aluminum esp filter and stainless steel esp filter are optional, with oil fume purification efficiency of about 95%.
5.Fifth layer filter: UV filter(optional)
UV filter can be equipped according to customer requirements.

1.Power supply
Intelligent constant voltage power supply: specially designed for kitchen integrated air purifiers, adopting a closed-loop design concept, with the advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection, voltage stability, and low heat generation. It intelligently protects against faults such as short circuits, arcing, overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheating.
2.Touch screen
Equipped with gesture sensing intelligent touch display screen, supporting phase detection and phase loss protection, with power supply, purification, degreasing, lighting, deodorization, exhaust, cleaning, and locking functions; Equipped with external gas leakage and remote control interface.
Advantages
1.Low noise: The effective exhaust distance is 8 meters parallel to the air tube, operating with noise levels below 70dB. The centrifugal fan is designed with a high standard of 2600m '/h per meter of hood, providing stronger exhaust and eliminating noise pollution.
2.The equipment adopts a front filter system: the front filter system is easy to clean and efficiently recovers waste oil. The rear part has no oil fumes entering, and the exhaust pipe does not need to be cleaned, effectively avoiding fire hazards.
